complete, with 160 Garden Homes with lower levels and two-car
attached garages plus 66 luxurious townhomes with basements and
two-car garages. The community is being developed by the Dixon
Residential Group, LLC of McHenry. The Garden Homes are base-priced
from $155,990 to $165,990, while the townhomes are base-priced
from $162,990 to $184,990. All homes provide freedom from exterior
maintenance.
